Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "Member") and jlvs ("jlvs," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlvs.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through jlvs, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times.

These Terms apply to all services provided by jlvs, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, card games such as Joker Poker and Teen Patti 20-20, Bingo, promotional offers, and all payment-related services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jlvs Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing jlvs on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. jlvs reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

To register and use jlvs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. jlvs does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jlvs complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use jlvs.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlvs or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. jlvs reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend your account pending verification.

To access the full range of jlvs services, you must create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and current.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jlvs account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. jlvs employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

jlvs reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card). Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number for SMS OTP verification.
• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must notify jlvs immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jlvs accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlvs account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. jlvs will never ask you to share your password or OTP via any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat.

jlvs provides two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as an additional layer of account security. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in – or while your credentials are in use – is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

In the event that you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact jlvs support immediately. jlvs will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorized access, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to the report being received and verified.

All financial transactions on jlvs are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlvs does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jlvs's control.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱50
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jlvs wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers may take up to one (1) hour to reflect in your jlvs wallet, depending on your bank's processing times.
• jlvs reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if required for verification purposes.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.
• jlvs may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may have withdrawal limits applied.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 06.

jlvs offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. jlvs reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other method – will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Changes: jlvs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on jlvs – including Joker Poker, Teen Patti 20-20, Bingo, slots, live dealer tables, and all other titles – are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

jlvs is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are random and not influenced by any external factor. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the jlvs system. Technical errors that affect game outcomes will be investigated and resolved in accordance with jlvs's internal dispute resolution procedures.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jlvs's system will complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. jlvs is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• jlvs reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction is confirmed to have affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Collusion, cheating, or use of automated software (bots) to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlvs platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one jlvs account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using jlvs for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on jlvs.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlvs staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing jlvs from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

jlvs is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to protect vulnerable players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlvs members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from jlvs. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time you have spent playing.

All content on the jlvs platform – including but not limited to the jlvs brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of jlvs or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlvs platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jlvs content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jlvs content.
• Use jlvs's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jlvs software or game code.

Any unauthorized use of jlvs intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of – or inability to use – the jlvs platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where jlvs's security systems were not at fault.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on your end.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the jlvs platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Temporary unavailability of the jlvs platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses resulting from changes to game rules, payout structures, or promotional terms that were communicated in advance.

jlvs's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits jlvs's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jlvs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on jlvs, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jlvs Privacy Policy.

jlvs collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. jlvs does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jlvs, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise your data rights, contact jlvs support using the contact details provided in Section 15.

jlvs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlvs will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jlvs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using jlvs and may request account closure by contacting jlvs support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at jlvs.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jlvs informally by contacting jlvs support and allowing a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for jlvs to investigate and respond to your complaint.

jlvs operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that jlvs has acted in violation of applicable regulations may also raise their concerns with the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
